Course aim

To develop the knowledge and skills to safely inspect & test electrical portable appliances. To allow the students the opportunity to carry out visual checks, inspections and testing.

• Classes of portable appliances
• Regularity of tests
• User checks
• Visual inspection & testing
• Monitoring and recording

This course is limited to ten delegates as it is very much ‘hands on’

Course duration:

one day, 7 hours

Examination is by the student demonstrating their competence in areas covered

Costs £400.00 each course + £30.00 per delegate plus incurred travel expenses + VAT

Studies In Work can supply a HSE accepted testing unit for an additional £300.00 + VAT
